My payout request is delayed — who do I contact?

If your payout is taking longer than expected, don’t worry — most delays are caused by document verification or payment network timing.

🕒 Normal Processing Times

  • Review & invoice issuance: within 7 calendar days of your payout form submission.

  • Payment transfer: within 7 calendar days of payout confirmation.

  • Total expected time: can take up to 7–14 business days from your request.

🔍 Before Contacting Support

  1. Make sure your KYC is approved and all details match your payment method.

  2. Double-check that you’ve submitted your payout form correctly (in your Dashboard).

  3. Review your email for any messages from the OFP finance team — they may have requested clarification.

  4. Confirm that your trading account is in good standing (no rule violations pending review).

📞 Who to Contact

If your payout exceeds 14 business days or you haven’t received an update:

  • support@ofpfunding.com with the subject line “Payout Delay – [Your Account Number]”

  • Include:

    • Full name

    • Account ID or order number

    • Payout request date

    • Payment method selected

💡 Tip: Most payout delays are resolved within 24–48 hours once all details are verified. Always check your spam folder for payout confirmation emails.
