Instant Pro was designed to give experienced traders maximum freedom with no Inconsistency Score, simplified payout conditions, and clear-cut rules for sustainable performance.

🔹 1. General Overview

Q: What’s the difference between Instant Pro and the old Instant accounts?

A: Instant Pro has no Inconsistency Score requirement. You can focus purely on performance without worrying about daily ratio checks.
All other rules still apply — including daily drawdown, news trading restrictions, stacking/timing limits, and prohibited strategies.

Q: Is the Daily Drawdown static or trailing? Does it trail balance or equity?

A: The Daily Drawdown is trailing on balance, not equity.
Example:
If your $100,000 account has a 5% daily DD = $5,000
and your balance reaches $107,000 today,
your new DD line = $107,000 − $5,000 = $102,000 for the rest of that day.
It resets at midnight (CET).

Q: Do I need to leave a buffer before requesting a payout?

A: No buffer is required. You simply need to be rule-compliant and have positive profits.
Instant Pro maintains a 100% profit split from your very first payout.

Q: Are video explanations required for payout approval?

A: Not by default. The risk team may request a short video describing your trading approach for transparency and compliance, especially for large or unusual payout requests.

🔹 2. Account Rules & Access

Q: Is there an IP or device restriction? Can I use both my phone and desktop?

A: There are no specific IP/device restrictions.
You can use both desktop and mobile — just don’t share your account or engage in automated or coordinated trading that violates our Terms of Service.

Q: What’s the maximum capital allocation for Instant Pro?

A: The maximum total allocation per trader is $400,000 across all Instant accounts combined.
You can hold multiple active accounts up to that limit.

Q: Do free trial accounts pay out?

A: No. Free trials are for practice only and carry no financial value.

Q: Do 1-Step and 2-Step Challenges follow the same rules as Instant Pro?

A: No. Challenge accounts use different structures and objectives — they involve evaluation targets, phases, and timeframes.
Instant Pro accounts are fully funded from day one with no targets and no IS requirement.

Q: When are Challenge payouts processed?

A: Once approved, Challenge payouts are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the payment provider.

A: Please remain flat (no open trades) during the review.
Contact Support Chat for a status update — and avoid sending multiple messages across channels, as this slows the queue and can trigger moderation.

Q: My dashboard isn’t updating (profit, stats, or payout button).

A: Dashboard data can take some time to refresh depending on trading activity.
If the delay exceeds several hours, contact Support Chat — but avoid repetitive messages, as that slows down support processing.

Q: Can I log into the new dashboard with my old credentials?

A: If login fails, try the following:

1. Reset your password from the login screen.

2. Clear your browser cache/cookies.
