If you can’t access your OFP Dashboard or trading platform, follow these quick steps to get back in.
Step-by-Step Fix
- 
Check your credentials - 
Make sure you’re using the correct email and password for your OFP Dashboard. 
- 
For trading platforms, use the login details from your credentials email (not your website password). 
 
- 
- 
Reset your password - 
On the Dashboard login page, click “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions. 
- 
Check your spam/junk folder for the reset email. 
 
- 
- 
Check your internet connection - 
Try a different browser or device. 
- 
If using a VPN, temporarily disable it — it may block login attempts. 
 
- 
- 
Verify your account status - 
If your account was inactive for 28+ days, it may have been closed (per Terms of Service). 
- 
Contact support if you believe this happened by mistake.

Trading platform login issues - 
Double-check your server name (it must match exactly). 
- 
Copy/paste your account number and password to avoid typos. 
- 
If you see “Invalid Account,” request a password reset from your Dashboard → Accounts section.

Still can’t log in?
