I can’t log in to my account — what should I do?

If you can’t access your OFP Dashboard or trading platform, follow these quick steps to get back in.

Step-by-Step Fix

  1. Check your credentials

    • Make sure you’re using the correct email and password for your OFP Dashboard.

    • For trading platforms, use the login details from your credentials email (not your website password).

  2. Reset your password

    • On the Dashboard login page, click “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions.

    • Check your spam/junk folder for the reset email.

  3. Check your internet connection

    • Try a different browser or device.

    • If using a VPN, temporarily disable it — it may block login attempts.

  4. Verify your account status

    • If your account was inactive for 28+ days, it may have been closed (per Terms of Service).

    • Contact support if you believe this happened by mistake.

  5. Trading platform login issues

    • Double-check your server name (it must match exactly).

    • Copy/paste your account number and password to avoid typos.

    • If you see “Invalid Account,” request a password reset from your Dashboard → Accounts section.
