Yes — OFP offers a 14-day refund policy if you haven’t opened any trades on your account.

• You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

• Your account must be completely unused (no trades opened).

• Once you place your first trade, the refund option no longer applies.

🧾 How to Request

1. Email support@ofpfunding.com with your order number and refund request.

2. Refunds are normally processed within 3–7 business days.

⚠️ Important

• Refunds are not available after you begin trading.

• If you’re unhappy with the platform and haven’t traded, OFP may issue a non-transferable coupon of equal value instead of cash.

• Coupons remain valid for 365 days and can be used toward another account.
