How it works:

You must request the refund within 14 days from the purchase date.

The account must remain unused — no trades placed, no platform activity.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only (card or crypto).

For cryptocurrency, the refund will be in the crypto equivalent at the time of refund (so values may differ slightly due to market fluctuations).
⚠️ Important conditions from our Terms:

If you access the Services or start Demo Trading, you waive the right to a refund under consumer protection laws.

In cases of dissatisfaction with the platform, OFP may issue a non-transferable coupon of equal value (valid for 365 days) instead of a cash refund.

Beyond the 14-day window or once a trade is placed, no refunds are possible.
