Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes. At OFP Funding, you have the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided that you have not opened any trades or otherwise accessed/used the Services.

How it works:

1. You must request the refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. The account must remain unused — no trades placed, no platform activity.

3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only (card or crypto).

4. For cryptocurrency, the refund will be in the crypto equivalent at the time of refund (so values may differ slightly due to market fluctuations).

⚠️ Important conditions from our Terms:

5. If you access the Services or start Demo Trading, you waive the right to a refund under consumer protection laws.

6. If your refund request is based on dissatisfaction with the trading platform (and you haven't traded), OFP will issue a non-transferable coupon of equal value to be used toward another OFP Account. Coupons are not redeemable for cash and expire after 365 Calendar Days.

7. Beyond the 14-day window or once a trade is placed, no refunds are possible.
